Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The cancellation of the reservation can be made up to 3 days before check-in.
In case of no-show or late cancellation you will be charged for one night

Payment conditions
The balance will be paid upon check-in
In the cases - when provided by the structure - of a non-refundable discounted rate, the traveler is required to make the payment in advance and in the manner indicated to complete the booking. The payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the stay.

Conditions of stay
Check-in must be done from 16:00 to 22:00
Check-out must be done by 11:00 am Breakfast is included in the price and will be served from 06:30 to 10:00 by agreeing the time with the customer
There is a city tax of € 1.50 per person per night. Children under the age of 14 are excluded from the tourist tax Bathroom linen is changed every 3 days
Bed linen is changed every 6 days
The rooms are cleaned every day.
